You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account.

You can also delete specific data directly within the app, such as messages, photos, and audio files, without deleting your account.

 
What data will be deleted:

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email address, gender)
Your couple-related information (partner pairing)
Your messages and conversations
Your emotional data (including My Pulse entries and associated needs)
Your uploaded content (photos, images, audio, and other user-generated content)
Your account identifiers and related activity data
 
Data retention:

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Some limited data may be retained where necessary for:

Legal obligations
Security and fraud prevention
Compliance with applicable laws
Technical logs may be retained for a limited period (up to 90 days) for security and diagnostic purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

 
Important:

Some data may be processed by trusted service providers (such as Firebase, OpenAI, or hosting providers) strictly for the operation of the service. These providers act under strict data protection agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.
