2. Data collected
We only collect the data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the app:

Name and email address: account creation and management.
City: to personalize romantic date suggestions generated by AI.
Couple information: relational maturity diagnostic (Loviia Diagnostic), personalized coaching.
Messages (Loviia Com): messaging service and AI-based reformulation.
Emotional choices (emojis, moods): relational tracking.
Financial information (Loviia Thrift): data entered in the shared budget table, processed by AI to generate financial insights and personalized advice.
Technical data (error logs): diagnostics, bug resolution, security.
Payment information: handled only via Apple and Google (in-app purchases).
 
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to:

Provide app features (messaging, coaching, relational maturity diagnostic, emotional tracking, financial insights).
Generate personalized content using artificial intelligence, in a secure and confidential way.
Improve user experience and ensure app security.
 
4. Legal basis (GDPR art. 6)
Contract execution: account, profile, subscription.
Consent: for optional features (notifications, sharing).
Legitimate interest: app improvement, security, fraud prevention.
 
5. Data retention
Account data: stored as long as the account is active.
Account deletion: on request, all data deleted within 30 days.
Error logs: retained for a maximum of 90 days.
Anonymous data: may be retained for statistical purposes.
 
6. Data sharing
We never sell your data.
Your information is only shared with a limited number of trusted technical providers, solely to operate and improve the service:

Firebase (Google): authentication, hosting, notifications.
Apple / Google: in-app payments.
OpenAI: AI content processing (reformulations, coaching).
OVH (France): main secure hosting.
 
7. Hosting & international transfers
Data is mainly hosted in France (OVH).
Some processing may occur in the United States (Firebase, OpenAI), under international compliance frameworks (Standard Contractual Clauses, ISO/IEC 27001 certifications).

 
8. User rights
Under GDPR, CCPA and local laws, you can request:

Access, rectification, deletion of your data.
Withdrawal of consent at any time.
Portability of your data.

9. Account deletion
You can request account deletion anytime directly within the app settings.
The request will be processed manually by our administrator, and your data will be erased within 30 days.

All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
Secure storage via Firebase and OVH.
Limited access for authorized teams only.
 
11. Advertising and marketing
Loviia does not display advertising and does not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes.

 
12. Age requirement
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above.

 
13. Updates
We may update this policy. Users will be notified via in-app message or by email.
