2. Purpose of the Terms of Service:
These Terms of Service (ToS) define the rules for accessing and using Loviia Com, which offers:

A relational communication service including private messaging.
Optional AI-assisted message reformulation.

 
3. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the app, you fully accept these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.

 
4. Account creation and access:
 Access to Loviia Com requires creating an account through Google or Apple Single Sign-On (SSO). No password is stored by Loviia.
The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
The app is restricted to users aged 18 and over.

 
5. Use of the app
The user agrees to:

Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
Not use Loviia Com for illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or privacy-violating purposes.
Respect the personal and confidential nature of the messaging service and exchanges between partners.
 

6. Paid services, trial and subscriptions
Access to Loviia Com is currently offered for free.
If paid options are introduced in the future, they will be processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play Store (in-app purchases).
Subscriptions, if applicable later, will follow the renewal and cancellation rules defined by Apple and Google.

 

7. Intellectual property
All content and features of Loviia Com (texts, logos, AI engine, interfaces, databases, etc.) are protected under intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

 
8. Liability
The publisher undertakes all reasonable efforts to ensure availability, security, and reliability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
The user remains responsible for how they use the app and the messages they exchange.
AI-generated reformulations are intended for communication support only and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal consultations.

 
9. Account suspension and termination:
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account in case of violation of these ToS or abusive use of the app.
The user may request account deletion at any time through the app settings.

 
10. Personal data protection
User data is collected and processed in accordance with the Loviia  Privacy Policy, available in the app and on the official website.

 
11. Modification of the Terms:
The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Users will be informed via the app or by email.
Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 
12. Governing law and jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA).
In case of dispute, the courts of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
